2100 Customs Brokers Inc. together with its management and employees is an organization that believes in QUALITY, and must preserve a quality system that will guarantee complete compliance to all of its customer requirements and needs.

Our principal quality objective is to render our clients zero incidences of service failures. We prioritize in our quality improvement and measurement the completeness and error free processing of our clients’ shipping documents in accordance to customs requirements, timeliness, security and safety transfer of their cargo. Moreover, we ensure that our clients are updated in the status of their shipment’s documentation through interconnectivity of our electronic information system. To comply with these principles we have committed ourselves to:

• continuously educate, encourage, recognize the most important resources of the Company which is our manpower and provide them with good and safe working conditions;
  
• be up to date with the technological enhancements and by making sure that we are equipped with essential devices and equipment all the time; and
